Fix Version/s: 3.0.0
This will be fixed in 3.0 once Plugin Breakout is done.
You can keep tabs on CB-2895 to keep up with the progress of the plugin
breakout efforts. Once CB-2895 is done, then you can expect to have this
functionality in the CLI shortly afterwards.
