Chris Barton commented on CB-4004:
----------------------------------
I think that might be the original source of the base64 library code (it was
stuck as a snippet on my computer).
With a 4.5x speed increase, that brings it down to close to the
String.fromCharCode + window.btoa implementation, no? Sounds like a contender
to replace the other library's code.
My ICLA has been confirmed by the secretary, thanks Ian!

> When attempting to write a file or blob (let's say a 5MB zip archive) to disk
> via FileWriter#write, I receive a "RangeError, Maximum call stack size
> exceeded" when trying to turn the ArrayBuffer into a Base64 string in #exec.
