Related to this, the following block is duplicated on config.xml for WP8 (don't
know for WP7).

Probably this duplication was what got away with the Notification entry.
Also, I've been normalizing the config.xml between all platforms my app
supports and I've been wondering: why aren't the features sorted alphabetically
there? It's so much easier to manage and upgrade that way.
