On Android, all parameter names are lower-camel-cased; on iOS, they're all
upper-camel-cased. So this issue isn't specific to this parameter.
As Andrew suggested on the mailing list, I think making all the parameters
upper-camel-cased by default and the platform checks case-insensitive is the
best route.
