Duplicating psd sounds good.
For the CWD - I was finding that _site was being put in whichever directory I
was running from, instead of always being put in www/. Maybe using rake fixes
this. I was running the scripts directly.
For docs, it's super painful to have to svn up again to bring them back, so we
should figure out how to just not delete the directory. Maybe move it to a tmp
dir then move it back again?
btw - does running jekyll serve -w regenerate the lesscss as well? Just curious.
