I followed [~tex]'s advie, uninstalled cordova, cleared the cache, deleted the
user .cordova dir, and reinstalled. Still getting the undefined errors (note
that it throws an error for both android and ios):

C:\workspaces\cordovacli>cd helloworld
C:\workspaces\cordovacli\helloworld>cordova -d platform add android
