I did look before I made a new issue and didn't catch that one.
As noted, the documentation available does not say how to delete things, so I
just fixed the case that was tested (hence documented) to match the
implementation that passed in iOS.
Agree - other similar entries need a (probably identical) delete mechanism (and
test). Probably:
* organizations
* addresses
* phones
* ims
* websites
* photos
