I dropped down to 2.9.0 and can't reproduce either. Nor with 2.9.6.
It was with either 2.9.4 or 2.9.5. I did check & recheck for the
SystemConfiguration.framework in a fresh project creation, so perhaps it was a
temporary environment issue?
I'm fine closine this as Can't Reproduce.
