D'oh I made a mistake on how I read how the onload was supposed to work, of
course it makes sense that it is a child param tag - I looked at it and thought
maybe it should be a platform specific value (thus my change) but you kept
support for both methods, great. I'll file an issue for documenting this in the
Plugin spec - once that is nailed down I can start on unit tests for
CDVConfigParser
