Same issue here.

Neither Arrays nor Objects can be passed in as plugin arguments for 
cordova.exec on OSX at the moment.

E.g.

    cordova.exec(null, null, 'MyPlugin', 'myMethod', ['strings_work', {'key': 
'objects_dont_work'}, ['arrays_dont_work']]);


I'm hoping a fix can be out before 3.1.0 though ?!  :(
