I'm the author of the tweet and firstly would like to apologise for coming off
very strongly. The tweet was born from hours of head scratching and searching,
and was already frustrated from the project as a whole.
Using this command (where "PhotoLAN" is a subfolder of the current directory);
plugman --platform android --project PhotoLAN --plugin
https://git-wip-us.apache.org/repos/asf/cordova-plugin-camera.git
Results in the following error, on both "cmd.exe" (standard Windows CLI) and
NodeJS's CLI (presumably the same thing);
undefined is not a function
Only by using GitBash (as suggested by this StackOverflow question) will
plugman work:
