   # Bug Report
   
   ## Problem
   Using the plugin _cordova-plugin-media-capture_ to launch the camera which 
by default would use the Windows camera app in Windows 10. However, the camera 
app encounters error when it is opened in video mode through 
`navigator.device.capture.captureVideo()`.
   ### What is expected to happen?
   It is expected to launch the Windows Camera app in video mode.

   ### What does actually happen?
   Camera can't start properly with error code: **0xA00F42F<WindoShowFailed> 
(0x80131502)**

   ## Information
   It seems that using the Cordova application to launch the camera app would 
encounter error if the Windows camera is left in a picture mode state 
previously.
   
   A current work-around is to open the Windows Camera app and set it in 
video/record mode, by doing so the Cordova application was able to launch the 
camera app in video mode properly.
