[~sharifahmed], sounds good. To be clear [~bowserj], there's a lot of legacy
info about <plugin> in the context of upgrading from one old version to
another, much of which seems archaic and worthy of heavy trimming from edge.
This is a wide-ranging req that touches on a lot of doc issues on my plate.
E.g. each API's "Permissions" section needs re-doc to accommodate the new
"plugin add" interface. I'd be happy to take it back.
