http://wiki.apache.org/cordova/RunningTests has a section at the bottom which
describes "Tests that need to be run manually."
It currently has no instructions for splashscreen testing but it should say
something because it is now necessary to configure a splashscreen in order to
run the splashscreen test. Refer to CB-4129.
