Joshua McFarland updated CB-4485:
---------------------------------

    Description:
I have specifically set the content src, but when building the application is
still uses the default of 'index.html' rather than what I have set. It's not
entirely ignoring the config file, because if I change the app name or id it
does get properly updated on build.

<content src="index-cordova.html" />

I have specifically set the content src and changes the icons in the res
folder, but when building the application is still uses the defaults for both
of those settings. It's not entirely ignoring the config file, because if I
change the app name or id it does get properly updated on build.
