Cordoba plugins are now added this way
cordova plugin add
https://git-wip-us.apache.org/repos/asf/cordova-plugin-geolocation.git
This is very strange way of adding core functionality to projects.
I think, that natural way is allow this:
cordova plugin add org.apache.cordova.core.geolocation
