if I can maybe give more insight into this as I've run into the exact thing. seems to be an actual issue when upgrading from lower version of cordova-android, would a reproduction repo help? for now have to keep cordova-plugin-whitelist or our app just doesn't work anymore -- This is an automated message from the Apache Git Service.
