### Motivation, Context & Description <!-- Why is this change required? What problem does it solve? --> <!-- If it fixes an open issue, please link to the issue here. --> Split up the https://github.com/apache/cordova-docs/pull/1249 PR into two. 1. This PR will focus on the Cordova-iOS Splash Screen docs. The Cordova-iOS Splash Screen functionality has already been migrated into the core of the platform, released, and the plugin repo had already dropped the old source code. This PR can proceed faster and released quicker. 2. The second PR will focus on Cordova-Android Splash Screen docs. The feature has been migrated into the core but in the release process of the platform and the removal of the old plugin code has not been completed.
