Seems like there is a misconfiguration, as version `20.3.0` doesn't appear to [exist](https://maven.google.com/web/index.html?q=com.google.android.gms#com.google.android.gms:play-services-auth) I don't believe these dependencies are Cordova dependencies so it's likely a plugin.
