cordova-plugin-ionic-webview overrides the cordova webview and any of its settings. Any webview plugins will provide its own webview configuration. As far as I know, the ionic webview never have supported the file-based protocol. If they do, it might be exposed under a different setting. This isn't a bug with Cordova, so I'll be closing this issue. If you want a file based webview, you'll need to uninstall the ionic webview, which may not be feasible if your app is written with the ionic framework. -- This is an automated message from the Apache Git Service.
