I changed my java_home to an oracle version, and checked the java version and
I'm still seeing the same issue on my windows machine:
C:\Users\me>java -version
java version "1.7.0_05"
Java(TM) SE Runtime Environment (build 1.7.0_05-b06)
Java HotSpot(TM) 64-Bit Server VM (build 23.1-b03, mixed mode)
it appears to hang and the app is never installed.
