# Feature Request We should have the ability to override the request text for geolocation access. ## Motivation Behind Feature Google play store now wants the description to meet a specific format to accept the app for publishing. ## Feature Description The description text must meet the formats below as written by Google: To meet the policy requirements, it is recommended that you reference one of the following example formats, the second example includes the use of location for ads (choose the most relevant phrasing): “[This app] collects location data to enable ["feature"], ["feature"], & ["feature"] even when the app is closed or not in use.” “[This app] collects location data to enable ["feature"], ["feature"], & ["feature"] even when the app is closed or not in use and it is also used to support advertising.” ## Alternatives or Workarounds So far I have found no workaround. -- This is an automated message from the Apache Git Service.
