The SplashScreen-related config preferences are located at https://cordova.apache.org/docs/en/11.x/core/features/splashscreen/index.html It was on the SplashScreen plugin page before it was deprecated. Then it was extracted to the core features page. Not everything is centralized, to begin with. But, if there were to be any change surrounding the above question/suggestions or to centralize, those changes will be on the next improvement PR I am working on.
