I think this was fixed here https://github.com/apache/cordova-android/pull/733 But also with the Android 12 Splash Screen API (and compat library) the whole splash screen behavior changed and I think this is the default now (to not show status bar), and even if the default is to show it, should be possible to change it by editing the splash screen theme (would require `edit-config` or `config-file` tags in the config.xml) -- This is an automated message from the Apache Git Service.
