There is also the option "Download Linked File under" in Safari, where the `.txt` is not added. It seems, that Safari tries to add an exentsion when I select the option "Download Linked File" and it does not know the extension and the MIME type is set to text. > Since you're going to be in the command line anyway for coho, you can use wget or curl I never used commands to download something.
