<!-- Please make sure the checklist boxes are all checked before submitting the PR. The checklist is intended as a quick reference, for complete details please see our Contributor Guidelines: http://cordova.apache.org/contribute/contribute_guidelines.html Thanks! --> ### Platforms affected Android ### Motivation, Context & Description <!-- Why is this change required? What problem does it solve? --> <!-- If it fixes an open issue, please link to the issue here. --> Setup reverse port for Android. Enabling ADB reverse allows physical Android devices to communicate with the local Paramedic server running on the host machine. Once the reverse mapping is set up, the device can reliably reach the host at: ``` http://127.0.0.1:{PORT} ``` However, Android device testing over USB is not always stable. Devices may intermittently lose their ADB connection, requiring the device to be physically unplugged and reconnected. In some cases, simply reconnecting is not enough. I seen cases where USB debugging authorization may need to be revoked and re-authorized from the device, or the previously installed test application may need to be uninstalled before the connection becomes stable again. The goal of this PR is to implement only the minimal communication support required for Android device testing while the main purpose of paramedic is to run in a CI, for example GHA, and use emulators/simulators. ### Testing <!-- Please describe in detail how you tested your changes. --> Test Android with and without `target` flag. ### Checklist - [x] I've run the tests to see all new and existing tests pass - [ ] I added automated test coverage as appropriate for this change - [x] Commit is prefixed with `(platform)` if this change only applies to one platform (e.g. `(android)`) - [ ] If this Pull Request resolves an issue, I linked to the issue in the text above (and used the correct [keyword to close issues using keywords](https://help.github.com/articles/closing-issues-using-keywords/)) - [ ] I've updated the documentation if necessary -- This is an automated message from the Apache Git Service.
