It seems like IOS7 has the KeyboardShrinksView on by default and when i set
KeyboardShrinksView = true, it screws things up. I think I'm going to have it
so IOS6 has HideKeyboardFormAccessoryBar and KeyboardShrinksView = true and
ios7 has KeyboardShrinksView = false (even though it functions like it equals
true) and then just deal with the accessory bar being visible in ios7.
This seems to be the most stable solution for me at this time.
