Found one bug :/
As you know there are 4 combinations for HideKeyboardFormAccessoryBar and
KeyboardShrinksView (t/t, f/f, t/f, f/t). When (t/f) --
HideKeyboardFormAccessoryBar is true and KeyboardShrinksView is false, and you
have an input element pegged to the bottom of the webview
(position:absolute;bottom:0px), after the keyboard is dismissed, you can't
scroll to the input element anymore.
