- Converted JS license headers to standard block comments.
Previously, they used JSDoc-style block comments, which are generally not
intended for license headers. License headers typically use either standard or
preserved block comments. Since this package is not minified or transpiled,
preserved block comments are unnecessary.
- Added and updated license headers for test fixtures: pbxproj, model xml,
.xccurrentversion
- Cleaned up .rat-excludes
