After some testing, I'm going to go ahead and merge this PR as is, without upgrading to ESLint 10.x. While I was hoping we could upgrade ESLint, it appears that `eslint-plugin-import` currently limits us to ESLint 9.x. The plugin hasn't been released in over a year, so it's unclear what the maintainers' timeline or plans. But looking at the main branch for the plugin, it seems the peerDependencies for ESLint has already bumped to 10.x. -- This is an automated message from the Apache Git Service.
