Summary: cordova build windows8 does not update 'www' folder

1. install cordova cli 3.1.x
2. add windows8 platform
3. update your app content in shared www folder (MyProj/www) by adding new
files or changing files content
4. run "cordova build windows8"
5. Observe - generated app in MyProj/platforms/windows8/ is not updated
(compiled app also contains old content)
Same problem if I add windows8 platform. It does not use content of MyProj/www
folder and always uses hardcoded default template
