Seems to work when I make the following change:
$ diff ~/Developer/apache/cordova-plugman/src/util/plugins.js plugins.js
58c58
< var cmd = util.format('git checkout "%s"', tmp_dir, git_ref);
---
> var cmd = util.format('git checkout "%s"', git_ref);
But "npm test" of plugman doesn't have any failures. I'll look at why.
