Resolution: Won't Fix
This will always be needed on Android, because Android WebKit is rarely
updated. There's also the fact that WebKit != Blink and I don't know if Blink
made this change or not. That's beside the point, since Blink will probably
not be used for Android WebView until at least KitKat and maybe even later.
