If you run plugman without arguments, the help text does a great job explaining
how to interact with the registry, listing commands like:
{noformat}
plugman info plugin
plugman config set registry {url}
plugman config get registry
{noformat}
Unfortunately these do not seem to be accessible via the CLI, which means the
Web Platform vs Native Platform workflows are different. If we are going to be
supporting (or at least mentioning) 3rd party registries, both workflows should
be equal.
