Motivation:
-Works better in IntelliJ
-Faster project creation
-Consistent with iOS approach
-Allows users to step into framework code when debugging

Proof of concept is checked in at cordova-android's "libproject" branch. Let's 
wait until the 3.2.0 branch is created before merging.
