Ah, in going back to look at the commit message in your original pull request,
I do see the CB label in square brackets. I think what happened is git stripped
the whole label out. (Reference: http://markmail.org/thread/mbxelrk6ipotnli5 )
I forgot it did that. So yeah, pull requests shouldn't use square brackets in
the commit message.
