When I was debugging the problem, i encounterred the following message:
[Error: Please install Android target 18 (the Android newest SDK). Make sure
you have the latest Android tools installed as well.
it prompts that the current newest SDK is 18, but at the time when i was
building the cordova project, the newest target version is 19 already.
i think the target specific code should be removed from the code base.
