In the 3.2.0 docs, the upgrade instructions for non-CLI users tell you to run
"bin/update":

http://docs.phonegap.com/en/edge/guide_platforms_ios_upgrading.md.html#Upgrading%20iOS
But they don't mention where this "bin" directory is. And there is no longer a
set of manual upgrade instructions.
