As per discussion "Windows Phone binary bridge" in the mailing list.
Right now WP7/8 does not support binary data type (ArrayBuffer) since there is
no special logic to serialize such data. Other platforms use base64 encoding.
We should add support of ArrayBuffer to windows phone exec bridge.
