Note that the `git log` commands to do this can be found in the `Documentation
To Update` section of https://wiki.apache.org/cordova/CuttingReleases. Agree
that putting them as a coho command would shave off a bit of time, but I do
think it's important to manually go through the list and rewrite unclear commit
messages, and delete unimportant (clean-up style) changes. (Release notes !=
changelog)
