Using CLI, building from a www/config.xml with
<preference name="android-installLocation" value="auto" />
doesn't copy the installLocation="auto" to AndroidManifest.xml.
So after launched the app to device with the install command, the "Move to SD
Card" button in Android Installed Apps is disabled.
