for example:
use wp8 fileTransfer download file,
target path : /Download/targetFile.zip,
parent directory 'Download' not exsit,
save file occured an exception!
it need create parent directory,before save file!
download file & save file with targetpath, parent directory maybe
need create, if directory not exist!
