Fix For: 3.3.0, 3.2.0
when i press text field keyboard pops up and with it the header footer changes
position. and when pops down header comes to middle of the screen by shrinking
size of webpage.
Fixed that issue By installing CDVKeyboard.m,.h files with js from Git
repository.But now my header footer shrinks down to some size .scrolling looks
sluggish when keyboard is up. How to solve this problem ?
