This merge seems to have broken the tests on other platforms. It looks like
file.tests.js was just replaced with a rather stale version from the
cordova-plugin-file repo, which removed several tests, and broke several others.
Sergey -- was it necessary to revert the test suite in order to get tests
passing on Windows?
