Steps to reproduce it:
1. Load mobile spec->Location
2. Click "Get Location Up to 30 Seconds Old" under "Use Cordova Geolocation
Plugin" section. This time it displays "Done"
3. Click "Get Location Up to 30 Seconds Old" again within 30 seconds, and this
time, it is always displaying "Retrieving location...“
