Received sporadic reports where Cordova 3.3.1-0.2.0 doesn't add plugins to
existing platforms when added to a Cordova project, or when a platform was
added to a Cordova project with existing plugins installed. The verbose output
incorrectly suggests that the plugin was added though.
The only solution appears to be running `cordova prepare ios` or downgrading to
CLI version 3.2.0-0.4.0
