The mobile spec test provides a good set of tools to test code changes,
stability and several other performance tests for platforms. Currently it only
provides a script to setup everything required to create a project with the all
set of plugins from cordova coho repository, but it only is Mac OS compatible.
Well, the idea is create a script for Windows platform, that simplifies that
test process, from get all, create, build to deploy into a phone or emulator
for Android Platform, Blackberry 10, Windows Phone 8 and Windows 8.
