Description: Right now there are translated languages on the documentation
website. However, there is no way for users to know they are there. The way
to switch languages is to click in the drop down list in the upper right-hand
corner of the docs website. This is also how the version is changes. By
default "edge" is shown. Someone who isn't familiar with Cordova would have no
idea what that meant or that they could click on that drop down to change the
language or version. One solution is to add a label next to the drop down to
alert users "switch language and version". (was: Right now there are
