Thanks for creating the ticket. I'm the one who ran into this problem and am
still looking for a solution. SCE could indeed be the reason it breaks but my
app(s) rely on it for displaying content correctly. Furthermore i noticed that
the normal Angular project works fine with CSS inspection. So its something
thats changed with enabling the Seed project.
I've already tried it without running 'use-strict' so thats not it.
