Description:
Steps to repro:
1. Load mobile-spec and test [MobileSpec->InAppBrowser->Local
URL->target=_blank]
Expected result: opens successfully in InAppBrowser with locationBar at top.
Actual result: locationBar is at bottom in iOS!
AFAIK we can't specify locationBar's position in iOS.
